Sheri focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. She defends employers against claims filed with courts and administrative agencies under federal and state laws, including whistleblower claims and claims of harassment and discrimination based on sex, age, race, national origin, and disability. Sheri also has experience with complex civil litigation, assisting in the defense of companies against product liability claims. She has managed all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, including initial investigations, discovery management, legal research, depositions and trial preparation.Â
