Lance is a versatile employment and commercial litigator. Â On behalf of business clients in many different industries, he regularly appears before state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration and mediation. Â Lance has successfully handled cases at all levels, before trial and appellate courts. Â Several of his cases have resulted in reported decisions. Â Over the years, he has defended an array of employment matters, including the defense of discrimination, whistle-blower and harassment claims, and numerous chancery court matters involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets. His commercial litigation experience is equally vast; representative matters include claims involving contracts, real estate, shareholders, partnerships, fraud, landlord-tenant issues, consumer fraud, and construction. Â He graduated from Emory University and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
