In an interview on The Neil Haley Show, Mark Kluger addresses the dichotomy of marijuana being legal for recreational purposes in some states but still criminal under federal law. And as far as pre-employment drug testing goes, Kluger states that “…Most of the states which have legalized marijuana for recreational purposes have basically said it is not legal to refuse to hire someone who tests positive…And that is really where the disconnect is or where it becomes counter-intuitive to many employers.” Watch the full podcast here:
