David specializes in the litigation of complex commercial disputes in various venues, including trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. He has successfully represented corporations and individuals in a wide variety of industries, including insurance and banking entities, national and international manufacturers and distributors, real estate developers, retailers, media entities and entrepreneurs. His cases have involved a broad range of legal matters, including insurance coverage disputes, fiduciary duty and director & officer liability claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenant, trade secret and intellectual property litigation, employment litigation, complex contract claims, real estate disputes, estate litigation, errors & omissions claims, and class-action suits alleging consumer fraud and other statutory or regulatory violations. David has enjoyed success at both the trial and appellate levels, and has successfully tried a number of cases in Federal and State courts in New York and New Jersey. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Paterson College, and received his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark, where he was an articles editor for the Computer & Technology Law Journal.
